Devisly is a service operated by WebEasy.

We may collect the following types of data:

• Personal identification data: full name, email address, phone number, physical address.
• Business and billing data: client information included in quotes and invoices, company details, billing and financial information.
• Technical data: IP address, login logs, user identifiers.
• User content: quotes, invoices, generated documents, customer support messages.
• Uploaded files and attachments: PDF files, images/photos, file names, file types, file sizes, and related attachment metadata that users choose to upload to quotes or invoices.
• AI draft content: text descriptions, prompts, notes, and generated draft content used to help create quotes or invoices.
• Speech-to-text content: when users use dictation, spoken input may be converted into text by the device/OS speech recognition service. Devisly uses the resulting text to fill the AI draft description.
• Third-party sign-in data: when users sign in with Google or Apple, Devisly may receive account identifiers, email address, name, and authentication tokens needed to create or access the account.

These categories align with standard SaaS tracking such as identifiers, contact information, and user-generated content.

We use your data to:

• Provide and operate Devisly
• Generate quotes and invoices
• Manage user accounts
• Ensure platform security and maintenance
• Improve the service
• Comply with legal obligations, including electronic invoicing regulations
• Upload, store, download, and manage document attachments.
• Generate AI-assisted draft quotes or invoices from user-provided descriptions.
• Enable optional speech-to-text input for document draft descriptions.
• Enable sign-in/account access through Google or Apple.

We process your data based on:

• Contract performance
• Legal obligations
• Legitimate interests
• Your consent where applicable

Your data is hosted on secure servers and protected using industry-standard security measures.

It is accessible only to authorized personnel.

We do not sell your data.

We may share data with:

• Technical service providers such as hosting and email services
• Electronic invoicing partners such as PDPs or accounting APIs like Pennylane
• Legal authorities when required by law
• Authentication providers such as Google or Apple when the user chooses social sign-in.
• AI/automation service providers if used to process AI draft descriptions.
• Cloud storage/hosting providers used to store uploaded attachments, generated documents, and account data.

Devisly may request device permissions only when needed:

• Microphone and speech recognition: to dictate AI draft descriptions. Devisly uses recognized text, not raw audio recordings.
• Photo library or file picker: to attach images/photos or PDF files to quotes and invoices.
• Storage/Downloads on Android: to save generated PDFs, ZIP files, or attachments locally, including in Downloads/Devisly.

Users can manage permissions in device settings.

• User account data: duration of use plus up to 3 years
• Billing data: up to 10 years as required by law
• Uploaded attachments and generated documents are retained while the account is active or as needed to provide the service, unless deleted earlier or as part of account deletion.
• AI draft descriptions and generated content are retained only as needed to provide the feature, unless saved as part of a quote, invoice, document, or account record.

You have the right to:

You may request the deletion of your Devisly account and the associated personal data at any time.

To request account deletion, please contact us at support@devisly.fr using the email address associated with your Devisly account.

After receiving your request, we will delete or anonymize the personal data associated with your account, except for data that we are required to retain for legal, accounting, tax, or security purposes.

• Account data may be deleted after the request has been processed.
• Certain billing data or business documents may be retained for the legally required period.
• Deleting your account may result in the loss of access to associated quotes, invoices, clients, and documents.

We may request additional information to verify your identity before processing the request.
