You must:

• Provide accurate information
• Use the service lawfully

Devisly allows users to:

• Create quotes
• Convert quotes into invoices
• Manage clients
• Generate business documents

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity under your account

Unauthorized use may result in suspension.

You agree to:

• Comply with applicable laws
• Provide accurate data
• Not use the service for fraudulent or illegal purposes

Devisly may integrate with certified partners (PDPs) to:

• Transmit invoices to authorities
• Ensure regulatory compliance

You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of your invoices.

• Devisly retains all rights to the platform
• You retain ownership of your data

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Fraudulent activity is detected

The service is provided “as is”.

Devisly shall not be liable for:

• Data loss due to misuse
• Business losses resulting from service interruptions
